Estephany – Dental Receptionist

Estephany is our friendly front desk staff member, and often the first face you’ll see when you enter our practice! Her favorite part of her career is working alongside such a great team that supports each other. She also loves being able to give patients the best experience possible. She attended Seattle Dental Assisting School and began her career at 18 as a dental assistant before working the front desk. Her background includes clinical and administrative education and hands-on experience, including insurance verification, scheduling, and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients.

Born and raised in Washington state, Estephany’s parents are from Mexico and live on 20 acres of land, where they practice their traditions that they’ve brought with them to the United States through maintaining their farm. Growing up on a farm inspired Estephany to start her own small farm filled with animals. Outside of the dental office, Estephany runs a small business doing event planning and floral arrangements, and she also helps her husband with his painting company.

Melissa – Dental Assistant

Melissa brings several years of experience to our practice and is an excellent resource for our patients, especially because she speaks Spanish fluently. Her favorite part of her job is being able to work with patients and helping them feel welcome and comfortable whenever they’re at the practice. She also enjoys building lasting relationships with all of her patients and looks forward to building on her career in the dental field.

From Federal Way, Melissa is a part of a family of five that includes her mom, dad, brother, and sister. She enjoys doing a number of outdoor activities whenever she isn’t at the dental office, like skydiving, snowboarding, shooting and swimming, and she also likes to curl up with a good book. An interesting fact about Melissa is that she has a black belt in taekwondo.

Kiran – Dental Assistant/Front Desk

Kiran has been a dental assistant since 2020. She graduated from Renton Technical College with an AAS degree. Kiran is currently continuing her education and pursuing a career in dental hygiene. She also has experience as a front-office Coordinator. She can help answer any questions that patients might have either regarding their treatment or insurance related. When Kiran is not at work, you can find her at home with her family, spending time with them.

Brianna – Office Manager

Brianna was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She attended dental assisting school at Renton Technical College and transitioned to front desk full-time. She is now in school to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Health Service Coordination. Brianna enjoys working with patients and providing the best patient care possible. She enjoys watching her favorite shows, working out, cooking, hanging out with family and friends, spending time with her fur babies Sky and Blue.

Paljeet – Registered Dental Hygienist

Paljeet is a registered dental hygienist who began his career in dentistry in 2021 as a dental assistant. His experience in assisting sparked an interest in pursuing dental hygiene, leading him to graduate in 2024 and begin practicing in the spring of 2025. He enjoys making a positive impact by helping patients feel more confident and informed about their oral health. Outside of work, Paljeet enjoys traveling and watching basketball.

Jenni – Registered Dental Hygienist

Jenni began her dental career in 1999 as a Navy dental assistant and became a hygienist in 2014. She is dedicated to providing gentle, thorough care while focusing on each patient’s unique needs and concerns. Jenni values patient education, helping people understand the importance of routine visits and personalized home care. Her favorite part of the job is building trusting relationships and making each appointment comfortable and positive. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, playing games, and spending time with her son.
