The moment you arrive at Four Corners Family Dentistry, you become our priority. From check-in to check-out, we will make sure every aspect of your visit exceeds your expectations. But before your arrival, we want to make sure you are prepared. This page includes valuable information about your first visit, available payment options, and how to fill out your new patient forms. Feel free to review these details and call us if you have any questions.

Your First Visit

A patient’s first visit is our chance to provide a good first impression. When arriving, you will be checked in by our front desk team before moving to one of our bays to receive digital X-rays. We’ll ask questions about your dental history before inquiring about any concerns you might have. A member of our team will complete a thorough oral examination, making notes about any areas of concern. If we believe it is necessary, we’ll develop a treatment plan to target the problem(s) and discuss the kind of service(s) you will need.

After evaluating and discussing the plan for your smile, we’ll make sure your pearly whites and gums get the professional cleaning they deserve. We’ll remove all plaque and tartar buildup before giving your teeth a final polish.

Dental Insurance

Using dental insurance to help offset the cost of your treatment is one of the best ways to save. As an insurance-friendly practice, our team is in-network with many plans and will make sure to review your coverage and identify the most effective way to maximize your benefits. We’ll also take care of the claims filing process. If we are not in-network with your plan, though, do not worry, as we will do our best to help you get the maximum reimbursement.

CareCredit Financing

Out-of-pocket fees are likely when it comes to restorative treatment that is not fully covered by dental insurance. It’s also possible that you may choose to receive cosmetic care or another service that offers no form of financial coverage. The good news is that you can apply for CareCredit. This third-party financing company makes it easy to sign up for one of its available payment plans. Varying in length, each option comes with low or no interest, so staying in your budget is possible.
